The Refinery is a boutique counseling and consulting firm that exclusively offers online services for residents of Florida, Georgia, New Mexico, Colorado, Minnesota and Maine. We are laser-focused on mental health engagement, education and improving access to care. Our 4Cs are the cornerstones of our mission: Community, Consulting, Courses and Counseling. The Refinery offers mental health counseling services, workshops, clinical supervision, peer and organizational consultation and virtual masterclasses. We are proud of our ability to customize our services to meet the specific needs of our clients… that’s you!

Our boutique service provides you the individualized care and exceptional outcomes that you are seeking. EBONIE BARNES
LMHC-QS, NCC, BC-TMH

Ebonie Barnes is a proud alumna of The Florida State University, where she earned Bachelor’s degrees in Psychology and Criminology. Ebonie earned a Master’s Degree in Counseling Psychology from Troy University in 2009 after which she became a Board Certified Florida Licensed Mental Health Counselor, Qualified Supervisor, Georgia and New Mexico Licensed Professional Counselor and a Board Certified Telemental Health Specialist.

ERIN BAKER
LMHC- QS, LPCC, NCC

Erin is a Board Certified Licensed Mental Health Counselor and Qualified Supervisor in the state of Florida, and a Licensed Professional Counselor in the states of Georgia, Colorado, New Mexico and Minnesota. Erin obtained a Bachelor’s degree in psychology with a minor in Interpersonal Communication from the University of Central Florida in 2008. She went on to earn a Master’s degree in Counseling Psychology from Troy University in 2011.
