Individual Intake Session – 75 Minutes, $160
For your first counseling session, we will discuss what to expect from therapy. In addition, we outline how we keep your information private. Most importantly, we will get to know you, your background, and goals for counseling.
Individual Therapy Session – 50 minutes, $120
After your intake session, we will meet for 50-minute counseling sessions. Here, we will continue to address your areas of concern and work toward your goals for counseling.
Sessions of longer duration or intensive focus are available. Contact us for more information.
Couples Intake Session – 75 Minutes, $215
For your first counseling session, we will discuss what to expect from therapy with multiple participants. We will outline privacy concerns specific to family or couples work and begin acquainting ourselves. We will explore each client’s background, needs and goals for counseling.
Couples Session – 50 minutes, $175
After the intake session, we will meet for 50-minute sessions to continue to address the identified concern areas and work toward the unit’s goals for counseling.

We are approved Qualified Supervisors through the Florida Board of Mental Health Counseling. As such, we offer supervision for therapists-in-training, seeking independent LMHC licensure.
